The Graham Group, Inc. announced in August the opening of the BayCare Outpatient Center in Westchase, Florida. The BayCare Outpatient Center is a four-story, 55,000 square-foot medical office building located north of Tampa in Hillsborough County. The Graham Group developed, owns and manages the new building, affiliated with the BayCare hospital system.

The building houses specialists in the areas of urology, orthopedics, primary care and pediatrics. The offices also provide additional services such as an extensive imaging center, laboratory and sleep center.

Construction began on the project in early summer 2008, with a total cost of construction at $10 million. A small amount of office space remains for lease.
