Aprima Medical Software announces application hosting partnership with MednetwoRx

Aprima Medical Software (originally iMedica), a leading developer of electronic health record (EHR) and practice management (PM) systems for medical practices, today announced a reseller and application hosting partnership with Texas-based MednetwoRx. The announcement provides Aprima's physician practice clients with the option to have the Aprima software hosted off-site, an approach some practices will find to be a cost-effective alternative to traditional on-site data storage. Furthermore, the relationship enables MednetwoRx to resell the Aprima EHR and PM solution.

"Aprima's EHR is fully functional, easily deployable and offers all the bells and whistles for a great price," said Mark Johnson, President of MednetwoRx. "The opportunity to partner with Aprima makes sense for us and for our customers and potential customers. It will help physician practices meet ARRA guidelines along with providing them choices that can relieve the burden of data storage."

Aprima and MednetwoRx entered into the reseller agreement in September 2009 and will provide physician practices nationwide with Aprima's single-application EHR and PM solution. Aprima's unique, template-free design enables providers to follow their own protocols. Its adaptive learning feature speeds adoption and deployment and its single database design affords users with the fastest access to clinical and financial data. Aprima's flexible pricing plan makes sense for everyone from a solo rural practitioner to a multi-specialty urban practice.
