Visionet Systems acquires eDocSynergy

Visionet Systems - a provider of technology solutions, strategic consulting services, and knowledge process outsourcing - has acquired eDocSynergy, LLC, a privately-held provider of healthcare technology.

eDocSynergy, headquartered in St. Louis, MO., has a state-of-the-art SaaS based Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) and practice management product. The product has a solid installed base which is growing rapidly. eDocSynergy is in the process of extending this product to hospitals for managing their EHR and related functions.
