MMR Information Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: MMRF) ("MMR") and Unis-Tonghe Technology (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd. ("UNIS"), announced today that the companies have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") and plan to sign a Master Agreement by December 15, 2009. MMR, through its wholly-owned operating subsidiary, MyMedicalRecords, Inc., is a provider of consumer-controlled Personal Health Records ("PHRs") (www.mymedicalrecords.com) and has recently launched its MMRPro electronic document management system for physicians. UNIS is a subsidiary of Unisplendour Corporation Limited (SHE: 00938) (www.unis.cn), one of China's leading IT firms employing more than 25,000 people. UNIS plans to market the MyMedicalRecords Personal Health Record throughout their channels, and plans to integrate the MMR PHR and MMRPro in their medical records development project for China's healthcare market.

Under the MOU, both organizations will create a joint Marketing, Licensing and/or Revenue Sharing Agreement that will allow MMR to utilize the UNIS Cloud Computing Platform and facilitate UNIS' offering of the MMR technology to the Ministry of Health and other government, financial, legal and medical entities in China. MMR and UNIS will assemble commercial and technology teams from each company to both identify the opportunity to bring MMR's proprietary, patent-pending technology into China, and to facilitate the necessary integration and development to enable UNIS to market the MMR technology in China.

MMR Information Systems' Chairman and CEO Robert H. Lorsch and Minoo Dastur, COO and Director of Nihilent, MMR's technology partner, are scheduled to begin meetings with UNIS senior executives in Beijing next month to conclude a definitive agreement by year-end.

Following the meetings with UNIS, Lorsch is scheduled to visit with numerous Academic Institutions and Biotechnology Research Centers in both Beijing and Shanghai regarding the continued development of the Company's Anti-CD20 Antibody Patented Technologies. The meetings will be coordinated by MMR's strategic partner, GRSworldwide (www.grs-cro.com).
