Neurotechnology (http://www.neurotechnology.com), a provider of high-precision biometric identification technologies, has released two new upgrades in the company's core product line: VeriLook 4.0 Software Development Kit (SDK) for facial recognition and MegaMatcher 3.1 SDK for large-scale multi-biometric and automated fingerprint identification systems (AFIS). MegaMatcher 3.1 incorporates the new VeriLook 4.0 face identification algorithm and includes a new palmprint identification add-on, enabling developers and system integrators to design highly accurate multi-biometric systems using any combination of face, iris, fingerprint or palm recognition.

"The increased reliability and face position tolerance in VeriLook 4.0 should be very important for our customers," said Dr. Algimantas Malickas, CEO of Neurotechnology. "The enhancements to the VeriLook algorithm will also be useful for MegaMatcher customers who utilize facial recognition.
