American Diversified Holdings Corporation (Pink Sheets: ADHC) has announced, as part of its previously disclosed strategy to concentrate in developing innovative technologies in the life sciences sector, specifically targeting the fast growing stem cell arena, that the Company is actively seeking to acquire stem cell patents for the express purpose of developing these patents for commercial purposes.
The initial thrust of the program is to solicit from the country's leading companies and research institutions in this area and seek submission from them of intellectual properties for consideration of investment by ADHC.
