TeamStaff awarded a five-year contract to provide nurse staffing to a military retirement facility

TeamStaff, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSTF), a national provider of healthcare, administrative and logistical staffing services, today announced that it was awarded a five-year contract valued up to $3.3 million, provided annual contract options are exercised, to provide nurse staffing to a military retirement facility. The contract is scheduled to begin on February 1, 2010.

Rick J. Filippelli, President and CEO of TeamStaff said, "This is a significant contract for TeamStaff as it represents further expansion in serving Government agencies. We anticipate our performance will provide the Company with additional opportunities to serve our veterans and active military personnel."

Under the contract, TeamStaff, through its Government Solutions subsidiary, will provide registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants to a military retirement facility located in the northeast.
