Happy Hour Effect(TM), a health supplement and online presence specifically created to help ease employment stress and promote work/life balance, is pleased to announce the launch of "The Happy Hour Effect(TM) Balance Plan" just in time for our 2010 New Year's resolutions.

This synergistic program consists of an easy and fun process that guides users through a life inventory to pinpoint where our work and personal lives are out of balance, visual life mapping, GOAL-setting, identifying our big, crazy ideas and action-planning all culminating in a flexible, customized program for better managing our personal and professional lives.

The program was developed by Kristen Brown, Happy Hour Effect LLC's founder and President. "I wanted to make the process of balancing work and life fun and stress-free. It takes commitment and honesty with ourselves to tackle such a daunting task, but I have created a flexible and user-friendly system that is easy to follow and simple to implement into our everyday lives whether you're a workaholic, a stay-at-home parent or just struggling to fit everything in to 24 hours a day," said Ms. Brown.

To demonstrate the ease of use and power of the plan, Ms. Brown will be sharing highlights of the program on the Happy Hour Effect blog (http://site.happyhoureffect.com/blog) beginning in January 2010. Ms. Brown says, "I am excited to show firsthand how the program works and what it can do for people. And while it requires a lot of self-analysis and soul-searching, it is a fun and eye-opening experience that is enlightening, rewarding and life-changing once you see how it can really impact your physical, mental and emotional well-being."
