Mercadien Technologies, a leader in risk management, information governance and managed IT support solutions today announced the general availability of its MCare(TM) solution, a web-based service that monitors the health status of business-critical devices and applications, remotely diagnosing problems before they occur. Previously available exclusively to clients of The Mercadien Group, MCare can now be used by businesses everywhere as a cost-effective alternative to staffing large, internal IT support teams – proactively protecting, managing, and optimizing their technology investments.
