NewsGuard 100/100 Score

Manage Mobility, a Sprint Exclusive Business Solutions Partner, today announced that it has signed an agreement with BEMS, Inc., a regional provider of security systems and life safety technology, to sell its new SMARTHOMECARE™ and SECURITYSMART™ applications to existing enterprise customers in the United States. Manage Mobility will work together with Sprint to leverage the application within key vertical markets and strategic accounts. In the first deal of its kind, Manage Mobility can pre-load the applications onto Smartphone devices that it provisions, before sending on to the enterprises they serve.

SMARTHOMECARE™ is a compliment to homecare providers for the elderly and impaired. It is a state-of-the-art system that uses Samsung video cameras, a SMARTSTATION(a PC based DVR with proprietary technology), and Sprint smartphones, to increase patient safety and doctor-patient communication in the home.

SECURITYSMART™ brings the technology to SMARTHOMECARE that allows for the SMARTSTATION to analyze the environment using the cameras to constantly be on the lookout for certain triggers that can be alerted to the smartphones and the homecare providers. It also provides for virtual doctor visits. Other SECURITYSMART applications include point-of-sale video integration for business owners and analytical video monitoring for the ultimate in security. And now with Sprint’s new 4G technology, we can stream video directly to your cell phone.

“We are very excited to be engaged in this partnership with Manage Mobility since it marks a major step into the arena of providing a value added service that is a growing need of the Obama Administrations’ plan for healthcare. We feel that Manage Mobility is a solid partner, that will maximize our distribution, but also provide a unique solution to approach new customers or re-connect with existing ones,” stated Ned Stiemke, President BEMS, Inc. Roswell, GA.

Scott Eaton, (Director of Strategic Accounts) of Manage Mobility, responded by saying, “We are delighted to be working with BEMS to provide their real-time video application, to our current and future customer base. This solution allows us to differentiate ourselves from other solutions providers. We feel that pre-loading to Smartphone devices will be a key driver in achieving increased sales and distribution of the software. We look forward to a successful partnership with BEMS.”

SMARTHOMECARE™ and SECURITYSMART™ are available for customers around the country to market now. It offers partnership opportunities to homecare providers or security distributors who are looking to grow their businesses by adding a timely service to their customers.
