Green Bridge Industries acquires OPS to expand its presence in green industry

Green Bridge Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GRBG) is pleased to announce that the Company looks forward to a prosperous year after appointing a new CEO in the beginning of 2010. Green Bridge has recently acquired Organic Product Solutions (OPS) and as part of the agreement, David Gubb was appointed CEO of Green Bridge Industries. Over the past two decades, Mr. Gubb has had tremendous success in manufacturing, as well as wholesale distribution and experience with retail and commercial/industrial companies. Mr. Gubb has worked with many organizations like the Red Cross and Salvation Army for Disaster Relief. With the experience of Mr. Gubb and the strength of the Company's recent acquisition of OPS, Green Bridge is now positioned to expand its presence in the multi-billion dollar "green" industry through its four divisions: Organic Product Solutions, ZAP™, Inc., Green Bridge Institute, and Brightside Products.  

Green Bridge Industries wholly owned subsidiary, Organic Product Solutions (OPS), has confirmed its continued relationship with MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc. (MSC) and the United States Postal Service® (USPS) for 2010. OPS has developed a product line of industrial and household cleaning products under the privately labeled name Natures Solution™, which is being used by USPS for their vehicle maintenance facilities. This product line is marketed by MSC and is their exclusive brand of green-cleaning solutions that includes All Purpose Cleaner, Carpet Cleaner and Deodorizer, Glass Cleaner, Degreaser, Hard Surface Cleaner, amongst others. Natures Solution™ "clean-green" products are cost effective, environmentally responsible and outperform the dangerous traditional chemical cleaners currently on the market.

Green Bridge's focus for the next 10 months is to strengthen the Company's market share in the $17.5 billion household and industrial cleaning products industry. Green Bridge is implementing several strategies to accomplish this goal. The Company is working towards the national launch of its product lines as it continues to strengthen its distribution channels. In addition, Green Bridge has plans to continue building market awareness for the Company and its products, attracting key employees and building its sales and distribution network.
