Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PZZ) ("Prospect" or the "Company") today announced that it has been added to the list of public companies that comprise the Russell 2000® Index. In addition, Prospect was added to the Russell Global Index. Prospect's inclusion became effective on Monday, June 28, 2010, following the Russell Investment Group's annual reconstitution of these indexes.
Prospect believes that its inclusion in the Russell Index is evidence of its continued growth and development as a company over the last several years, including integrating and then improving the operations of four separate companies, generating annualized revenue and Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $467 million and $60 million, respectively, at March 31, 2010, while continuing to deliver high quality care to its southern California patient population.
