“Clerity system integration services are an integral part of our solution portfolio”

Through direct partnership with industry leaders like GE Healthcare, Clerity has developed a keen understanding of the needs of mission-critical environments. GE Healthcare works with Clerity to offer turnkey IT systems that can be quickly deployed. These pre-assembled, pre-tested, and fully-supported hardware, software and service solutions help customers drive down total cost of ownership and simplify administration.

"Clerity system integration services are an integral part of our solution portfolio," stated Brian Mitchell, general manager and vice president, hospital and large practice and technology sales at GE Healthcare. "Earning ISO Certification reinforces Clerity's strict adherence to quality standards which help customers with business-critical environments increase productivity and improve processes."

ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It is designed to provide companies with a set of principles that ensure a systematic approach to achieving customer satisfaction. As part of the certification process, Clerity established its own QMS at its systems integration facility outside of Chicago. By formalizing key procedures and reviewing individual processes, Clerity is ensuring that it has best practices in place to consistently improve service quality on a regular, quantifiable and demonstrable basis.

The successful ISO certification was made through Verisys Registrars, an accredited registrar that performs assessments of management systems against requirements of national and international standards for quality.

"Achieving ISO certification is an important milestone for Clerity," said Brandon Edenfield, president of Clerity. "Clerity is dedicated to providing customers with high-quality products and services across every aspect of our business."
