Mylan's motion for interim injunction denied by Third Circuit Court of Appeals

Mylan Inc. (Nasdaq: MYL) today announced that the Third Circuit Court of Appeals denied its motion for an interim injunction pending an on-going appeal of a recent New Jersey District Court decision.

The New Jersey District Court previously denied Mylan's motion for a preliminary injunction, and the appeal of that decision will now continue before the Third Circuit. Mylan is disappointed by the decision, which does not reflect a final decision on the merits of Mylan's claims, and Mylan will continue to pursue its claims.
