Exactly one year after the approval of the Environmental Impact Report and Specific Plan by the March Joint Powers Authority, March HealthCare Development, LLC (MHD) has signed an agreement with the Riverside Medical Clinic (RMC) that will be the foundation for a new integrated healthcare delivery system on the March LifeCare campus.
