Sante to break ground on second and third post hospital stay rehabilitation centers

Sante Partners announces that they will officially break ground on their second and third post hospital stay rehabilitation centers: Sante of Surprise and Sante of Chandler on Wednesday, December 1st at 9 a.m. and Wednesday, December 1st at 1 p.m. respectively. The facilities will be dedicated to servicing patients/guests in the prospective communities of Surprise, Sun City and Chandler with state-of-the-art physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation centers designed by Sante Partners.

Sante has, under development, four convenient locations throughout the Valley, and is committed to providing the highest level of post hospitalization rehabilitation therapy, healthcare, and hospitality services to provide a positive and comforting experience for its patient's recovery. Sante's primary focus is for a successful rehabilitation outcome and transition to home.

Sante Surprise TRC—located at 14775 W. Yorkshire Dr. Surprise, AZ 85374—offers 70 all private patient suites focused around a large rehabilitation therapy gym and amenities that resemble an extended stay hotel. Sante Surprise 'guests' receive one-on-one care and individualized treatment in a comfortable, therapeutic environment with several outdoor areas designed for patient "well being."

Sante Chandler TRC-located at 825 S. 94th St. Chandler, AZ 85224-is also a 70, all private suite facility that will be offering the same patient centered rehabilitation amenities offered in a hospitality setting as the Surprise and Mesa facilities.

With the ground-breaking at [Sante's] centers in Surprise and Chandler the, approximate 52,000 square foot facilities, will also be contributing to the local economy by providing an excess of 100 construction jobs, and upon completion of each project, 75+ permanent positions EACH within the healthcare industry.
