New Jersey judge dismisses another health reform legal challenge

A judge in New Jersey has dismissed a lawsuit challenging the new federal health care law. New Jersey Physicians Inc., a nonprofit group, filed the lawsuit against President Barack Obama the day after health care reform was signed into law in March. The lawsuit claims that doctors won't be able to accept direct payments from patients and patients will be penalized if they choose not to buy health insurance (12/8).
