Mind Technologies to sell Emotiv EEG headset

Mind Technologies, Inc. (http://mindtechnologiesinc.com) (Pink Sheets: JEDM), announced today that the Company will begin selling the Emotiv EEG headset in addition to the thought-controlled software applications the Company develops. Mind Technologies, Inc. is officially an Emotiv wireless headset reseller and beginning January 1st, 2011, website visitors will be able to purchase the headset directly from Mind Technologies for $299, the same price as it is sold by Emotiv. The Company plans to increase its marketing next year and expects a boost in revenue from sales of both the hardware and software developed.

The investor conference call held last week on December 15, exceeded all expectations with 77 individuals who called into the conference. "The conference call with investors and other interested parties went extremely well. We plan on holding these calls with our investors quarterly. This is an effort to open up our company and our management team to become more transparent to the investing community and other interested individuals," said Brent Fouch, CEO and President of Mind Technologies, Inc.

"We also realize that our investors have great ideas as well and we want to expand and improve our communication with them to become part of the Mind Technologies team. We are a publicly owned company and are going to conduct our business with our shareholders in mind, which puts us head and shoulders above most of our peers in that respect," Fouch concluded.
