Priority Health launches health insurance plans for Michigan residents

Priority Health has launched MyPriority, a package of health insurance plans for individuals and families throughout Michigan. The plans feature comprehensive coverage for prevention services and are designed specifically for individuals ages 18 to 64 who are looking to purchase affordable health insurance.

Michigan consumers can choose from four different MyPriority packages offering more than 14 customizable options for health coverage.

• MyPriority - U31^SM is designed for young adults between the ages of 18 and 30 with no dependents. This plan is a low-cost option for those starting a career or looking for a job, and those who are no longer eligible under their parents' coverage. The plan offers preventive and prescription drug coverage with an optional accident rider.
• MyPriority HSA^SM is a health plan that is eligible for a tax-advantaged health savings account. It offers three plan options for singles, couples and families, with preventive and prescription drug coverage and an optional accident rider.
• MyPriority PPO^SM is a standard health plan with six different plan designs to choose from. The plan is offered to singles, couples and families, with low premiums, preventive and prescription drug coverage, plan-year deductibles and an optional accident rider.
• MyPriority Short-term^SM is a health plan for singles, couples and families seeking coverage for one to six months. It offers three different plan designs to choose from and prescription drug discounts.
