d-Wise launches innovative, web-based search platform for clinical data systems

NewsGuard 100/100 Score

d-Wise, provider of powerful business solutions for the unique challenges of the Life Sciences & Healthcare industries, has introduced Reveal, an innovative, web-based search platform that quickly returns results across multiple clinical data systems. Working in partnership with Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., a global pharmaceutical company with a development and commercial headquarters located in New Jersey, d-Wise designed and developed a new software solution to enable the company's researchers, administrators, managers and informatics directors to perform comprehensive exploration of its clinical data systems.

Reveal gives pharmaceutical companies a window into their cross-platform clinical data systems including clinical data repositories and host file systems such as Windows, Unix and Linux and is working with other major clinical system vendors to pull files from their repositories.

The solution reduces the time necessary to find clinical information from days to minutes in some cases, allowing critical questions to be answered quickly. One search can be executed across studies and document types to unlock meaningful information from data and save companies time and money.

Reveal enables companies to:

  • Focus energies on real work instead of finding the information
  • Eliminate difficult and sometimes impossible searches across multiple data systems
  • Explore SAS datasets and other previously unsearchable data sources
  • Integrate the search of metadata in solution's results

Once the results are returned, users can quickly pass those results on to existing data analysis tools or drill down into result details using the underlying data systems.
