Xirrus deploys high performance Wi-Fi Arrays at EMA

Xirrus®, the only Wi-Fi Power Play in the industry, announced today the deployment of Xirrus high performance Wi-Fi Arrays at the European Medicines Agency (EMA). Located in London, the EMA is responsible for the scientific evaluation of medicines for human and veterinary use in the European Union and also plays a role in stimulating innovation and research throughout the pharmaceutical sector. The Agency draws from a pool of over 4,500 European experts in its work and can be considered as the 'hub' of the European medicines network, comprising over 40 national competent authorities in 30 EU and EEA-EFTA countries.

The EMA chose Xirrus to solve performance issues with their legacy Wi-Fi infrastructure so the EMA could achieve wired performance wirelessly for voice and collaboration applications across their buildings.
