Shapiro is Of Counsel with Jorden Burt LLP, where he advises and represents insurers, insureds, reinsurers, agents, brokers, investment bankers, all major state insurance departments and the federal government on regulatory and tax issues. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, a J.D. from Syracuse University, and an LLM in Tax Law from Georgetown University.
