Memphis-based process management technology company StatLink® Systems has announced an upgrade for Med DataLink®, its healthcare process management software system.

“After almost three years of development, Med DataLink 2.0 now provides an unparalleled system for our physician group users”

Med DataLink 2.0 now features new secure calendar and scheduling capabilities for its physician clients as well as enhanced remote monitoring with streaming audio and video, a secure internal messaging system, and HIPAA regulation-level security features.

"After almost three years of development, Med DataLink 2.0 now provides an unparalleled system for our physician group users," said Dana Capocaccia, president and CEO of StatLink. "For physicians that used our first Med DataLink system or other process management software, they will recognize immediately how all the functionalities work together seamlessly. We understand that our clients have many other demands for their practices and we want to help ensure this helps make many processes as easy as possible."

Existing records from the earlier version of Med DataLink are already integrated into the new software, so current customers do not have to worry about losing any data or other obligations. Customers will be contacted for free training sessions beginning this month as Med DataLink users will be updated to the new version throughout the next few months, with full transition implemented by the end of this year.
