ePharmaSolutions announces the acquisition of Polaris BioPharma Consulting, a leading global patient recruitment and retention firm headquartered in Slough, UK.

ePharmaSolutions, a leading clinical services and technology solutions provider has acquired Polaris BioPharma Consulting to meet client demand for more "in-country" site feasibility and patient recruitment support on global clinical studies. This acquisition increases ePharmaSolutions' global bandwidth while expanding its core workforce with a team of experienced patient recruitment specialists in every major continent who can implement global projects at the local level.

"We have worked closely with Polaris over the last ten years on some very complex projects, and they have always delivered," stated Lance Converse, ePharmaSolutions' Founder and CEO.   "They have a wealth of knowledge of the regulatory, clinical and cultural landscape, from a local perspective, and have connections with varied regional referral sources to expedite study enrollment. This addition is integral to the company's continued growth."

Polaris Biopharma was founded in 1999 as a boutique patient recruitment and retention firm supporting global pharmaceutical companies.  Over the last 13 years, Polaris has grown to 20 local recruitment specialists in every continent providing in-country support on global recruitment campaigns.
