Music that Matters is proud to announce that it has selected NanoTech Entertainment (OTCPINK: NTEK) to provide the technology and backbone for its upcoming IPTV/OTT music channel. During the past few years Music that Matters, in collaboration with top music artists, has successfully raised thousands of dollars through benefit concerts for social and environmental causes.

“The Music channel will continue to deliver concerts and raise money for various charities, social causes and environmental issues through the generosity of the many artists that we work with.”

On August 5, 2013, the non-profit organization will launch its IPTV anywhere and Roku video music channel on the NanoFlix network. The channel will initially feature two pay-per-view benefit concerts. The first, Bob Weir and Tim Flannery, Live from the Uptown Theatre is a benefit to raise money for Bryan Stow. Stow suffered life threatening injuries when attending a Major League Baseball game and Music that Matters has been raising funds to help offset his medical costs.

Another recently filmed concert of the Jefferson Starship presents a complete performance and tribute to their classic Summer of Love album "Surrealistic Pillow" along with some of their greatest hits. This benefit will help raise money for Starship Guitarist Slick Aguilar who is suffering from liver disease.

"We are excited to deliver high quality concerts and live events to TV viewers and smart device users all over the world. The partnership with NanoTech allows us to leverage their technology and delivery network giving us a worldwide reach with unlimited capacity to expand," stated Music that Matters Founder and CEO Peter Murphy Crowley. "In addition to broadcasting current HD concert films, the joint venture will start to produce live shows in 4K UltraHD resolution next month and will take advantage of NanoTech's NanoFlix4K streaming technology allowing us to be one of the first to feature concerts in 4K UltraHD." Crowley closed by saying "The Music channel will continue to deliver concerts and raise money for various charities, social causes and environmental issues through the generosity of the many artists that we work with."
