AMS SPHER HIPAA Compliance Solution now available to Amerinet's members

All Medical Solutions (AMS), the Healthcare division of Fusion Systems North America, announced today Amerinet®, Inc., a leading national healthcare solutions organization, has signed a new agreement that will make the AMS SPHER™ HIPAA Compliance Solution available to its members.

SPHER is a cloud-based audit log review and breach detection solution that not only audits electronic health records (EHRs) and detects breaches, but it actually learns the habits of each person in the healthcare organization.  The pattern recognition system is what makes SPHER unique. It learns the routine of each individual in the practice and when something out of the ordinary is done, SPHER calls out that action via an alert email to the privacy/security officer of the healthcare organization.  Available nationwide, SPHER benefits the following Amerinet Members: clinics, hospitals, integrated delivery networks, long term and extended care facilities, physician practices, and surgery centers.
