TeamHealth announces acquisition of Ruby Crest Emergency Medicine

TeamHealth Holdings Inc. (NYSE: TMH), one of the nation's largest providers of outsourced physician staffing solutions for hospitals, announced the acquisition of the operations of Ruby Crest Emergency Medicine, the group that manages and staffs the hospital emergency department for Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in Elko, Nev. Ruby Crest Emergency Medicine's clinicians provide care for approximately 24,000 cases annually.
