BiondVax Pharmaceuticals intends to close trading on NASDAQ market on July 10, 2015

BiondVax Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (NASDAQ: BVXV, TASE: BVXV) today announced that it will be closing trading on the NASDAQ market on Friday, July 10, 2015, in celebration of its recent initial public offering in the United States and the launch of its international investor relations program. This event will be the culmination of a week of meetings as part of a non-deal roadshow with US-based institutional investors and financial analysts.

In addition, BiondVax today announced the launch of its new investor relations website, which can be found at http://www.biondvax.com.
