Executive Care earns recognition as 2015 HomeCare Elite Top Agency

Greystone Home Health of Columbus d/b/a Executive Care, part of the Greystone Health Network, has earned recognition as a 2015 HomeCare Elite™ Top Agency. The home health provider earned Top Agency status in 2014, and continues to be recognized as one of the top-performing home health agencies in the United States. Now in its 10^th year, the HomeCare Elite program identifies the top 25 percent of Medicare-certified agencies, ranked by an analysis of publicly available performance measures in quality outcomes, best practice (process measure) implementation, patient experience (Home Health CAHPS^®), quality improvement and consistency, and financial performance. Awardees are selected through performance analysis by OCS HomeCare and DecisionHealth.
