Intouch Solutions achieves level four certification with Veeva Systems

Intouch Solutions is proud to announce its level four certification status by Veeva Systems. As a Veeva multichannel content partner, this is the maximum degree of certification an agency can receive. Intouch Solutions is one of only 10 agencies worldwide to achieve level four certification, which recognizes certification across all Veeva CRM multichannel products including Veeva CLM, Veeva CRM Approved Email, Veeva CRM Engage and Veeva CRM CoBrowse.

Intouch Solutions achieved this certification through the submission of standardized demonstrations and testing by Veeva. Brandon Gregory, front-end architect at Intouch Solutions and Veeva certified developer, worked with Veeva to submit the final demonstration that enabled Intouch to move to level four certification.

"We are excited and proud of our team for achieving level four certification with Veeva," said Faruk Capan, CEO of Intouch Solutions. "We recognize the value that partnerships with organizations such as Veeva provide and look forward to continuing to grow our expertise with them."

When Intouch Solutions began its partnership with Veeva in 2011, it was one of Veeva's first digital partners. Intouch's history of collaboration with Veeva positions the agency to help their clients take full advantage of the capabilities found with CLM, Approved Email, Engage and other solutions. Veeva Systems, Inc. is a leader in cloud-based software for the global life sciences industry.

Intouch will continue to provide support for upcoming Veeva client rollouts with front-end development teams with individual certifications, along with other native and hybrid mobile subject matter experts.
