Bostrom, a leading, national association management company, today announced its acquisition of Administrative Systems, Inc. (ASI), an Illinois-based association management company. As AMCI-accredited companies, both Bostrom and ASI adhere to industry best practices. The acquisition was effective December 1.

"Our expertise and approach to client service aligns with Bostrom's, which makes this a perfect fit," said Judith Keel, founder and president, ASI. "I knew Glenn Bostrom well, and was glad to see his approach and philosophy on multi-client solutions are still at the heart of Bostrom's culture."

Katie Keel, MPA, managing director, ASI, will continue to serve as executive director of and manage two of ASI's signature accounts: the Association of Women Surgeons and the AWS Foundation. Katie brings more than 15 years of association management experience and enhances the Bostrom talent base with grant writing and fund development expertise.

"This acquisition positions Bostrom for continued growth and solidifies our expertise in the medical and healthcare sectors," said Randy Lindner, CAE, MHSA, president, Bostrom. "Our clients will benefit from Katie's proven track record and insights into the changing healthcare environment."

This deal is the latest in a series of acquisitions Bostrom has made as part of its growth strategy. Earlier acquisitions included Clarion Management Resources, P.M. Haeger & Associates, Brownstein Kelsey Group, and The Spence Group.
