Wyeth wins case of Lisa Dean v. Wyeth

Wyeth has announced that the jury in the case of Lisa Dean v. Wyeth in U.S. District Court found in favor of Wyeth.

"We are pleased with the verdict and believe it is supported by the evidence," says Steve Reade, an attorney from Arnold & Porter, who represented Wyeth.

The trial began on July 16, 2007 before The Honorable E. Richard Webber of the Eastern District of Missouri in St. Louis, Missouri. The plaintiff was represented by the Carey & Danis law firm of St. Louis, Missouri.
