The Institute for Health and Productivity Management (IHPM) and i.e.,
LLC have joined to form MAGNETT Health, LLC using innovative engagement
techniques and mobile health messaging technologies to inspire employees
in improving and maintaining their health with achievable, lasting
behavior change. The result for employers will be a healthier,
higher-performing work force, and a slowing of the rising healthcare
cost trend. MAGNETT Health will offer proprietary knowledge on this
important issue, advising services, and innovative engagement health and
healthcare technologies.
MAGNETT Health’s knowledge in healthcare and productivity since 1997
combined with decades of Fortune 500 consumer engagement experience will
enable it to work with all the stakeholders in health and healthcare:
self-insured employers, health plans, health and wellness and disease
management providers, medical groups, hospital systems, state and local
governments, pharmaceutical and medical device makers, retailers and
employees.
MAGNETT Health will identify the most significant health and
productivity issues for employers, and advise them and the other
stakeholders on the best strategies and actions to: 1) engage employees
in healthy behavior change; 2) improve their health by reducing risk
factors; 3) manage their chronic diseases to control medical costs; and

MAGNETT Health intends to become the global “innovating pipeline” for

will be innovative “mobile health messaging” technology that harnesses
the ubiquitous, convenient and economical messaging platform of mobile
phones to provide value-added products and services in health and
productivity management to all customer segments.
