325 Haiti children sponsored by Saskatchewan donors

Generous Saskatchewan residents have so far contributed $167, to World Vision's efforts to support the victims of the devastating earthquake in Haiti.

Donors in Saskatchewan sponsor 325 children in Haiti through World Vision. Staff in Haiti are working around the clock to ensure the safety of these children.

"We are honored and amazed by the generosity of Saskatchewan residents," said World Vision Canada's Director of Specialized Marketing, Caroline Riseboro. "The money raised goes a long way to help children and their families in Haiti find food, shelter, medicine and safety in a time when all of those things have been taken away from them."

Across Canada, World Vision has raised more than $6.14 million in its relief efforts for Haiti. World Vision seeks to raise $10 million to help the millions of people who have been affected by this disaster.
