Seven Corners' Medical Director, Dr.
William Barker, is on the ground in Port-Au-Prince treating the victims of
the Haitian earthquake and coordinating evacuation efforts for Seven
Corners' members. Dr. Barker and his team were one of the first to arrive
on the scene.
Seven Corners has more than 100 clients currently in Haiti and has been in
constant communication with them. As conditions permit, Seven Corners will
be able to coordinate evacuation efforts for clients that still remain
there. Seven Corners has set up an Alarm Center for assisting victims &
families affected by the recent earthquake in Haiti. Members and family can
call 1-800-462-0368 to request assistance locating loved ones. Seven
Corners Assist's Security Firm is providing hourly updates of any news as
soon as it becomes available.
The U.S. Department of State and the Red Cross are coordinating efforts to
get U.S. Citizen out of Haiti. Currently, the endangered area of
Port-Au-Prince is the priority. Citizens, group leaders, and coordinators

The recent earthquake, measuring 7.0 on the Richter scale, struck near
Port-au-Prince at 4:53 PM Eastern time on 1/12/2010. Communications are
difficult and for that reason, the U.S. Department of State has also
created a task force to monitor the emergency. People in the U.S. or Canada
