“We are proud to present this event in San Antonio and we’re thrilled to be featuring such respected speakers as Lt Gen Green and BG Thomas.”

The December escalation of US Military operations in Afghanistan and on-going struggle in Iraq have dramatically shifted the needs of military personnel the last ten years. The healthcare community is challenged to successfully adapt to the increased need of post-combat care. The Military Healthcare Convention & Conference will review the latest in military healthcare technology and processes to enable healthcare providers, across military branches and ranks, to deliver the type of care US soldiers need and deserve.

“The last three months we’ve seen an escalation in Afghanistan while the debate on healthcare continues at home. The Military Healthcare Convention and Conference is a relevant, crucial information source for the military healthcare industry,” said Eileen Baird, Managing Director of IDGA Exhibitions. “We are proud to present this event in San Antonio and we’re thrilled to be featuring such respected speakers as Lt Gen Green and BG Thomas.”

The military healthcare community will convene in June at this event to address the myriad of issues concerning service member healthcare. This event will cover the spectrum of military care from pre-and post-deployment to combat injury and psychological care.

“The military healthcare community has examined everything from electronic health records to PTSD counseling to address the needs of War fighters,” said Baird. “This event will explore the latest developments in these technologies and processes that will continue to help the healthcare industry deliver the best care to active service members and veterans.”
