Halo Benefits introduces new pharmacy prescription card that offers discounts to consumers

Halo Benefits, Inc., a subsidiary of Halo Companies, Inc. (OTCBB:HALN), announced today that it now offers HaloRx, a pharmacy prescription card that offers discounts to consumers. The new discount card is offered now at a time when the cost of prescription drugs is at a record high. "We are excited about the opportunity to offer more affordable options to consumers with medication needs. With healthcare costs on the rise, consumers need a break," states Tony Chron, President of Halo Benefits, Inc.

The new service is provided free of charge to consumers and offers up to 60% in discounts on over 12,000 FDA approved drugs. The new product is the latest of new a la carte services offered by Halo Benefits and will be available to be downloaded from its website. Although, HaloRx will be primarily marketed to associations, employers, and benefit groups, the new product will be made available direct to consumer as well. "All the consumer will need to do is fill out the information online, download and print their card, and take it to any participating pharmacy. It's really that easy," states Kelly Harper, Program Director of Halo Benefits, Inc. The program also features a user-friendly pharmacy network and price search tool that enables consumers to easily identify participating pharmacies and look up the lowest price available for their prescription. The card is accepted at over 53,000 chain and independent pharmacies nationwide.

Additional products offered by Halo Benefits include consumer financial services and identity theft prevention tools. HaloSafe ID assists consumers in monitoring and restoring their identity when fraudulent activity occurs. Features include assistance in preparing documents, providing financial coaching and legal consultation, and up to $25,000 of reimbursement for expenses incurred in recovering from fraud or theft. 

HaloCare offers consumer financial services that include credit repair, debt resolution, foreclosure avoidance, bankruptcy counseling, and financial education. HaloCare is offered to individuals through associations, retailers, employers and benefit groups. Members receive discounts up to 50% off the retail price, a free consultation with a specialist, and 24/7 online account access.
