NewsGuard 100/100 Score

Emerging Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EHSI) disclosed that the Company has received documents from Stand-By Systems affirming that their revolutionary LIFEDGE® prototype is now complete and ready for pilot scale production. EHSI recently executed an option with Stand-By Systems, owner of the new FDA approved SBS 1615 catalytic oxygen generator and associated systems. The generator provides medical grade USP oxygen at the push of a button from self-contained inert dry compounds. EHSI is currently performing due diligence under this option, which includes affirming the status of the LIFEDGE® product as well as other cutting edge medical products owned by Stand-By Systems.

LIFEDGE® is a light-weight, on demand dispenser of emergency-duration medical grade oxygen, provided by the SBS 1615 catalytic generator, both of which are owned by Stand-By Systems. The governmental approvals that are already in place (FDA and FAA) for the SBS 1615 catalytic generator using the LIFEDGE® delivery system permits over-the-counter purchase without a prescription. There is no other technologically equivalent product available today. LIFEDGE® weighs 2.5 pounds, is 11 inches high, 4 inches in diameter, contains a mask, a deliver tube and a flow indicator stored in the cap. The unit provides 6 liters per minute for 15 minutes, as required by the FDA. LIFEDGE® eliminates the concerns of high pressure, leakage, tanks, valves, gauges, high temperatures and other hazards typically associated with oxygen usage. The LIFEDGE® prototype is trademarked by Stand-By Systems and is protected by multiple patents.

According to the American Heart Association, 87.5 million Americans are at risk of heart attack or stroke with the critical need for oxygen even before 911/EMS can respond. Stand-By System's research leads them to believe that the critical-need domestic market could translate into $17 billion sales potential at gross margins exceeding 65%.
