MediConnect Global renames PassportMD online portal to myMediConnect

MediConnect Global today announced that it has changed the name of its personal health record (PHR) and consumer health portal, PassportMD (www.PassportMD.com), to myMediConnect (www.myMediConnect.net).

The myMediConnect online portal gives individuals everywhere the ability to take ownership of and control over their own health by allowing for the extraction of key elements of their medical records into a very simple and intuitive user interface, providing a consolidated summary of a patient's complete health picture.
