Pilgrim Software, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Quality Management (ERCQM) software solutions, today announced that Insulet Corporation, a Massachusetts-based medical device company, has gone live with Pilgrim's On-Demand "SaaS" delivery of its automated management solution for Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) management.

Insulet has successfully implemented a quality system solution for Events Management powered by Pilgrim's CAPA management solution. This key software system is hosted by Pilgrim's SAS 70-certified on-demand platform. Insulet is using the system across its manufacturing operations to effectively manage manufacturing issues as it continues to experience rapid growth on a global scale.
In addition, Insulet is engaging Pilgrim Software's Business Intelligence tools, SmartInsight, for generating business user-centric compliance and quality management reports, and Pilgrim's SmartPulse to keep a 'pulse point' on Insulet's quality and compliance KPIs through performance measurement.
