In his latest Kaiser Health News column, done in collaboration with The New Republic, Jonathan Cohn writes: "The effort to repeal health care reform, all in one fell swoop, seems to be stalling. Instead, the opponents of reform are trying to dismantle it piece by piece. The latest effort came last week, when a group of Republicans in the Senate proposed abolishing the Independent Payment Advisory Board.     Improve the health of USA. Access to health care for more Americans.
    Fair fees for health providers. Employers and workers benefit from larger coverage of Health Care.

    Our current system requires contracts with health systems. Fees are negotiated by each employer and health company. Too many people between health care and Health service. I am retired. We need some stability in health costs.
