NewsGuard 100/100 Score

DST Health Solutions, LLC, today announced a business alliance with Health Data Vision, Inc. (HDVI) to integrate HDVI's Medical Records Collection and Analysis (MRCS) system with DST Health Solutions' CareAnalyzer® solution. CareAnalyzer is a comprehensive analytics software suite that combines elements of patient risk, care opportunities and provider performance. The solution is designed to help health plans improve care management and meet reporting requirements for the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®).

MRCS enables health plans to identify, retrieve and integrate medical records data into health plan performance metrics. Using clinically verified data, plans are better able to complete HEDIS reporting requirements from The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to measuring the quality of America's health care.

"Our alliance with DST Health Solutions is a significant milestone," said Michael Klotz, president and CEO of Health Data Vision, Inc. "We are excited about the channel opportunities this opens for HDVI. By seamlessly integrating DST Health Solutions' CareAnalyzer and our MRCS system, health plans will not only experience a truly innovative solution, but also the benefits of combining a data- and process-centric approach. Together, we now provide the market-leading solution for comprehensive health plan analytics, efficient process management, scalability, transparency and data security."

The integration of MRCS with CareAnalyzer helps health plans ensure efficient and accurate submission of HEDIS results. DST Health Solutions participates annually in NCQA's HEDIS Software Certification program, a precise, automated testing regimen that verifies software compliance with HEDIS specifications, and satisfies the source code review portion of the HEDIS Compliance Audit™.

"As we enter a new era in healthcare, recent reforms make it imperative that health plans employ sophisticated analytics to measure effectiveness and prove value to employers and members," said Steve Sabino, president of DST Health Solutions. "CareAnalyzer, with the integration of MRCS, helps plans consistently measure the effectiveness of acute, chronic and preventive care."
