MGMA members can now access preferred pricing for all of notifymd's product offerings - after-hours call management, daytime call management, patient outreach and automated call solutions.

MGMA's AdminiServe Partner Network consists of a group of vendors that have been vetted by MGMA and peer reviewed by its members. As a network partner, notifymd will provide MGMA members with special terms and discounts for its automated call solutions. The AdminiServe Partner Network currently includes 15 participants.

MGMA expanded notifymd's presence in the AdminiServe Partner Network following positive MGMA member reviews. Because of notifymd's existing AdminiServe membership, MGMA interviewed a large cross-section of current notifymd clients to gauge their experience with notifypatient, notifymd's automated call solution. Each MGMA member interviewed shared his/her level of satisfaction with notifymd as well as the impact notifypatient has had on his/her practice. Responses included: decreased patient no-show rate, increased physician satisfaction with filled schedules, and enhanced ability to inform groups of patients through an automated system.
