NewsGuard 100/100 Score
BioSpace launched the 2011 BioForest™ Hotbed Campaign this morning, showcasing biotechnological, pharmaceutical and medical device companies across the United States and Canada.

The campaign promotes life science organizations within Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana as well as those in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Each campaign participant's logo is added to an electronic and printed map that is featured online and at industry events or career fairs.

"We have nine annual Hotbed campaigns, and they each represent a prominent opportunity for industry businesses to showcase their brand, location and industry presence," said Joe Kroog, BioSpace's Director of Product Management. "However, BioForest is unique because it's one of the only campaigns that highlights Canada's thriving life science region."

Each BioSpace Hotbed campaign is hosted on its own BioSpace Web page. BioForest's participating companies include Gilead Sciences, Inc., Genentech, OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and other leading life science employers.
