Elsevier to host 9th Pangborn Sensory Science Symposium

Elsevier, the leading publisher of scientific, technical and medical information products and services, today announced that the 9th Pangborn Sensory Science Symposium (http://www.pangborn2011.com/ ) has been confirmed, taking place in Kyoto, Japan on 4-8 September 2011.

With the last symposium attracting 1000 delegates, Pangborn is the most prestigious conference within the field of sensory science and is the only meeting that allows sensory science practitioners to discover, discuss and develop the latest in fundamental and applied sensory science.

For the first time the Pangborn Symposium will engage directly with the field of sensory science in Asia. For this purpose we have chosen the ancient and beautiful city of Kyoto famed for its historic temples, exquisite gardens and glimpses into the traditional Japanese way of life.
