Innovative Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (IHS), a provider of healthcare information technology consulting services, announced today that it has received the Best in KLAS award for the professional services market segment, Clinical Implementation – Supportive, from KLAS Enterprises, LLC (KLAS).

IHS's ranking, published in the '2010 Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards: Software and Professional Services' released this week by KLAS, is based on direct feedback from healthcare providers that have utilized IHS's expertise and consulting resources over the past 12 months to assist with an information system implementation project.

"We are very excited to be a recipient of the Best in KLAS award," said Robin Bayne, an IHS principal.  "We are proud of our KLAS results and we think it reflects the quality of our consultants, our methodologies and our company.  Having this award coincide with our celebration of 10 years in business makes it extra special."

"As healthcare organizations prepare for the challenges – and opportunities -- of HITECH funding and ICD-10 regulations, we know our hospital customers are under enormous pressure," said Pat Stewart, another IHS principal. "We want to provide value and continually strive to offer the kinds of services that will make a difference for them," Stewart added.

"Since 1998, the objective of the Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards report has been to help healthcare providers make informed decisions," said KLAS President Adam Gale.  The Best in KLAS distinction represents a commitment to meeting customer expectations and we congratulate the vendors making strides in every phase of the customer relations – from the sales presentation to implementation to ongoing service and support."
