Following a nationwide technology search and industry analysis for a solid testing harness addition to their full-spectrum HIPAA 5010 Compliance Solution, The Kiran Consortium Group, LLC, a privately-owned, global Information Technology advisory and professional services firm, today announced their alliance with The SSI Group, Inc. (SSI) to utilize ClickON ClearView 5010.

"While developing our compliance offering and assessing the enormous effort required by clients to address their current HIPAA 5010 compliance requirements, we sought to identify a remediation tool to accelerate testing activities. After careful industry analysis, we have signed an agreement to add SSI's ClickON ClearView 5010 testing harness to our firm's comprehensive HIPAA 5010 solution," stated Lucy Mancini-Newell, managing partner, The Kiran Consortium Group, LLC.

"The Kiran Consortium Group's innovative approach to HIPAA 5010 Compliance is timely and relevant as the healthcare market competes for resources to address the impending deadlines," commented Doug Bilbrey, executive vice president of sales and marketing for SSI. "With the release of errata in April 2011, there is an increased pressure on providers to complete their comprehensive testing in the most efficient manner possible. The unique context into which they have introduced our ClickON ClearView 5010 automated platform provides a valuable asset to their client's testing needs."

ClickON ClearView 5010 has become part of The Kiran Consortium Group's comprehensive five phase methodology to address specific compliance requirements utilizing a combination of proprietary tools, methodology and experience. Their software solutions: U-Test-IT, ClickON ClearView 5010, and U-Learn-IT address the market's lack of automated, integrated and user-friendly compliance tools for phases three, four and five.

"Our clients will receive significant value from ClickON ClearView 5010 because it provides an automated tool that eliminates manual file review, manages multiple test files, issues test failure reports and decreases the testing cycle. This tool provides great synergy with our U-Test-IT HIPAA 5010 Toolkit that will accelerate the entire process through its automated Assessment, standardized Work Plan, Issues List and Reporting functions via a dashboard," explained Lucy Mancini-Newell.
