ICF International, a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has been awarded a new $10 million contract through High Performance Technologies, Inc. (HPTi), to support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The contract has a term of one base year and four option years.
ICF will support HPTi by providing technical program management to progress the VA's Veterans Relationship Management (VRM) programs and projects through its new Project Management Accountability System. Specifically, ICF will work in the areas of advanced voice-recognition applications, enhanced web self-service tools, and integrated desktop interfaces for VA public contact representatives.
"We are pleased to join with HPTi and the other team members in supporting VRM with the next generation of Veteran-centric IT solutions," said Mary Whitley, a veteran and senior vice president with ICF International. "ICF is committed to helping the VA attain its vision of providing veterans with the world-class benefits and services they have earned. This is more than a practical obligation. This is a moral mandate to provide quality health services to those who serve our nation."
