GE Centricity Enterprise v6.9 achieves Complete EHR ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 certification

GE Healthcare is pleased to announce that GE Centricity Enterprise version 6.9 is officially 2011/2012 compliant and was certified as a Complete EHR February 17, 2011 by Drummond Group Inc. Drummond Group made the designation in its capacity as an Office of the National Coordinator - Authorized Temporary Certification Body (ONC-ATCB) in accordance with the applicable Eligible Hospital certification criteria adopted by the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Centricity Enterprise version 6.9, including any combination of Enterprise Orders, Gemini Orders, Centricity Enterprise Medication Reconciliation, Centricity Enterprise Discharge Instructions, Centricity Enterprise Patient Discharge Instructions, Menon™ Medication Reconciliation, and Menon™ Discharge Instructions (certification # 1028201043218) meets the following clinical quality measures: NQF0371, NQF0372, NQF0373, NQF0374, NQF0375, NQF0376, NQF0435, NQF0436, NQF0437, NQF0438, NQF0439, NQF0440, NQF0441, NQF0495, NQF0497. No additional software was used in testing.

The 2011/2012 certification conferred by Drummond Group does not represent an endorsement of the certified EHR technology by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services nor does it guarantee the receipt of incentive payments.
