Sodexo earns second rank for diversity and inclusion

Sodexo, world leader in Quality of Daily Life solutions, was ranked #2 on the 2011 DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity® list, affirming its position as a benchmark employer in leveraging diversity and inclusion expertise as a competitive advantage in business. This year 535 companies applied to be evaluated by DiversityInc.

This marks the sixth consecutive year that Sodexo has been recognized on DiversityInc's Top 50 list, and its continued recognition reflects the consistent efforts and progress the company has made in its ongoing diversity journey.

In addition to DiversityInc's Top 50 ranking, they also release specialty lists of the top 10 companies in various key areas. Sodexo has also earned the following rankings for 2011:

  • #3 for Latinos
  • #3 for Executive Women
  • #3 for supplier diversity
  • #4 for all Global Companies
  • #5 for recruitment and retention efforts
  • #7 for Blacks
  • #7 for LGBT employees
  • #9 for People with Disabilities
